STORE-WIDE SALE | j.mcintyre home

Well, my mother just informed me that she doesn't get out of bed for 20%... so we are upping the ante!  Please stop by the shop and celebrate the FIRST WEEK OF SUMMER at J.McIntyre HOME, and enjoy 30% OFF THE ENTIRE SHOP.  We may even get our hands on some frozen lemonade too.

*my mother technically said "people don't go out for 20%" - she would be mad at me for implying that she spends any excess time in bed

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT | mira vista residence

Well, it's about time.  Getting these amazing photos online has somehow been on the back burner until NOW!  Please enjoy this peek at our amazing Mira Vista residential project here in Fort Worth.

This is not only a favorite project of mine, but also one of my favorite clients.  Her cool factor is off the charts and we had major success from the start regarding the design direction of her home.  Taking inspiration from California, Jonathan Adler, and Kelly Wearstler... we went for a style filled with an eclectic collection of color, graphics, and contrast.

Please check out the JMI website (www.jessicamcintyreinteriors.com) for the complete portfolio, photographs taken by the amazing Jenifer McNeil Baker.

Oh!  Be sure to check us out on Instagram, Twitter, Houzz, Facebook and Pinterest!  JMI is CONNECTED.

nursery design complete with BABY!

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of designing a nursery for one of our favorite clients in Fort Worth.  The parents-to-be requested a fun and colorful baby room that is both unexpected and unique.  Below is the design concept sheet... AND recent photos of sweet baby DRUE in her new bedroom!

the deets...

J.McIntyre HOME is coming along!!!  We have finalized our location and are proud to announce that this August we will be moving into an awesome new development in Downtown Arlington.  This area of Arlington is booming with the Cowboys Stadium right down the street, and we are excited to be part of the growth!  This is a great central location for all of our clients in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas, and will hopefully become home to new walk-in customers looking for unique home goods.

Dodson Development has taken an original 1950's retail building and transformed it into a charming new home for the Flying Fish restaurant, Twisted Root Burger Co, and the second location of BEE: Best Enchilada Ever (and believe me, they are!).  So come late summer we will be settled in our new location, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and other small business owners... and we can't wait!

local landing | fort worth

Disclaimer:  I love Dallas, I really do.  But I am having an affair with Fort Worth.

Recent trips to Cowtown have reintroduced me to the charming city that Dallasites don't frequent enough.  Not only do they have incredible eateries and museums, they also have great shopping.  Camp Bowie and 7th Street are full of boutique clothing & home stores.  Two frequent stops on my list are Domain XCIV (for traditionalists) and dh collection (for the hip & trendy).  Mark Vaughan and Tad Watts bring you the best of both worlds, just blocks from one another.
